Not yet. HighRise Care's NDIS provider registration is currently in progress. We do not represent ourselves as a registered provider until registration is approved.
Who can enquire right now?
We currently welcome enquiries from self-managed and plan-managed participants. We confirm funding arrangements, service scope and capacity before support begins.
Where do you provide support?
Our service area is Melbourne, Victoria. Tell us your suburb when you enquire so we can confirm current availability and travel arrangements.
Are evenings and weekends available?
They can be discussed. Availability depends on the participant's needs, requested support, worker availability and our current capacity.
What happens after an enquiry?
We learn about the support you are looking for, check whether it fits our scope and capacity, and explain the next steps before anything is agreed.
What support can you provide?
We welcome enquiries for everyday disability supports such as daily living, community participation, transport, household support and life skills. We only proceed where the support is within our scope and applicable requirements can be met.
